By accessing or using Wrangle, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities when using Wrangle.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Wrangle, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not use Wrangle.
2. Description of Service
Wrangle is a LinkedIn-based sourcing extension that automates candidate sourcing based on user-defined criteria. Integrated directly into the LinkedIn recruiter interface, Wrangle applies filters, hides, and saves candidates for you.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Using Wrangle only for lawful recruiting and sourcing purposes.
Providing accurate information when setting search criteria and uploading custom lists.
Complying with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service when using Wrangle on their platform.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Misuse Wrangle for any unauthorized data collection or spamming activities.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or copy Wrangle’s proprietary software.
Interfere with or disrupt Wrangle’s functionality, servers, or network security.
5. Account Security and Liabilities
Wrangle is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or issues that may affect your LinkedIn account, including, but not limited to, suspension, restriction, or termination by LinkedIn due to Wrangle’s usage. You agree to assume full responsibility for your LinkedIn account's compliance with LinkedIn’s guidelines and policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wrangle is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrangle disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Wrangle, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wrangle, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of Wrangle, including any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Modification of Terms
Wrangle reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or within the application. Continued use of Wrangle after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Wrangle at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of Wrangle are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wrangle operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
